From time to time, because you’re hungry, because you love the taste, because you’re human you may find yourself looking for a ready-made snack. Something delicious and filling that isn’t going to ruin all your keto weight loss and health goals. This is where keto treats (sweet and ready-made) are going to make your day.
Now, we’re the first to suggest that snacking isn’t a great idea. If you find yourself diving into the goodies with little or no planning or self-control you’re going to wreck your chances of reaching your goals.
However, if you plan in the occasional treat that sits well with your macros you won’t be throwing your entire eating plan out of the window.
Some treats fit well with the keto diet and if it’s a choice of the occasional treat or ditching the diet altogether, obviously having a treat is the way to go.
Having said that, there are plenty of homemade options that may do the trick for you and you may like to investigate those first.

Erythritol carbs can be subtracted from total carbs, making these cookies keto friendly.
At only 2 carbs per serving of 8 cookies, we think that’s pretty good too. If chocolate chip sounds good to you, these are better than most.
