This book is packed cover to cover with amazing keto recipes and has over 6000 rave reviews. It’s hard to find anything not to love about this book.
It explains the recipes and gives menus, shopping lists and nutritional values too.
The book is split into three parts. The keto lifestyle, the 14 day meal plan and the recipes. The keto diet is clearly described and lets you know what to expect when you start the keto diet. It also points out some of the problems such as keto flu.
In chapter two it describes how to clean out your food cupboards, what to buy and what to stock up on.
You’ll also be shown which gadgets you’ll need such as scales, spiralizers, hand mixer and pans.
The recipes are great, and super easy for beginners too.
We absolutely loved this book, even if its about meals you haven’t cooked yourself at home!
If you’re not familiar with dirty keto it’s a way of being super lazy with your food prep.
While we don’t recommend dirty keto as a long term plan, it certainly has it’s place in a keto diet.
For those times when you don’t want to cook at all, this book offers, in their own words:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a coffee? We all enjoy fast food! The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO Fast Food Guide: Ten Net Carbs or Less shares complete lists of what you can order at 35 different restaurants. There is SO MUCH MORE to order out there besides the “bunless burger!”
They go on to list what foods you can eat in just about every restaurant and fast food place out there.
Not really a recipe book we know, but a lot of fun and it will help you to get great food while you’re out and about.
So if you don’t always want to cook, and don’t feel like you should be the keto police at all times, we think you’ll enjoy this book.
The Laska’s have done the work for you so you don’t have to.
This book proves that you can enjoy all the healthy benefits of the keto diet, while at the same time enjoy eating out.
This is another specialist keto cookbook by the number one best-selling author of The Hormone Fix.
The author explains:
Hormone production dips as a woman ages, leading to increased visceral fat. By pairing keto-diet staples with foods that bring the body’s pH to a more alkaline level, you’ll shed belly fat while balancing the hormones responsible for that bulkier midsection. And by fueling your brain with ketones—like rocket fuel instead of gasoline—you’ll make better decisions, including healthier choices for what to eat. The unique nutritional balance of the Keto-Green 16 diet also boosts mood.
The recipes in this book also have versions for vegetarians and vegans which is a nice touch too.
It also promises to cut out your chances of the keto flu. So if this is an issue for you, you may want to consider following the food suggestions in this book.
Certainly a book well worth reading and following, especially if you’ve had a hard time losing weight.
