Can you safely reverse your type 2 diabetes at home?

The only time that you would want to consider contacting your medical adviser would be if you are already taking medication for your type 2 diabetes.

This is due to the fact that this diet is able to alter your blood/glucose levels.

You may need help with adjusting your medication as your blood/glucose levels lower or stabilize.

However, don’t let this put you off: by changing your diet you can be completely free of type 2 diabetes. You’ll also be avoiding all the serious health issues that come with it.
